Purchase Terms:

We accept CASH and CREDIT CARDS. Purchases must be paid for on the day of sale by 2pm and before removal of merchandise. All items sold “As is – Where is.” Inspection of all merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer. Neither the Auction Company, nor owners are responsible for any accidents, loss, damage or injury to merchandise or person. Bidder is responsible for merchandise purchased when Auctioneer says “Sold.” Same day announcements take precedence over any advertisements. Visa and MasterCard accepted. A 10% buyers fee will be ADDED to ALL PURCHASES – NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CONDITIONS.
